Hi, I’m Natalia. After 21 years teaching Russian language and literature, I made Colorado my home and found a new way to create.

Honey Deer began in 2020. Practice and work in local kitchens helped me turn my love of baking into a shop of my own.

My art-school background shapes the way I decorate cakes. European and Eastern European pastries sit alongside American favorites, with ingredients chosen as carefully as for my own table.
