RUSSIAN PRYANIC

Winter squirrel made from gingerbread dough stuffed inside: orange marmalade or caramel. We used an old Russian recipe.

Ingredients:

Flour, sugar, honey, butte, eggs, soda, spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves). Filling: Caramel or orange marmalade with walnut.
